Delivery and pickup windows are assigned at checkout. The Gear dashboard organizes daily routes and assigns drivers, replacing the text-message coordination chain.
Digital waiver signing
Customers receive a waiver link via email after booking. Signed waivers are stored digitally and attached to the rental order -- no paper, no chasing signatures on setup day.

Goal: every customer signs the digital waiver from their phone or laptop before delivery day — no clipboards on the lawn.
One dashboard
Replace the spreadsheet stack
Goal: route view, customer records, deposits, and balance payments all live in Gear — not in a stack of Google Sheets.

Equipment accountability
Goal: every serialised inflatable carries its rental and maintenance history in the system, with damage claims tied to the specific unit.
